bEarn & PolyDEX partnership and DuelVerse IDO launch

Dear PolyDEX community,

Today we are thrilled to announce the strategic partnership between PolyDEX with bEarn Fi.

bEarn Fi is a cross-chain product in Decentralized Finance (DeFi) that at its core provides yield generation, algorithmic stablecoin, gaming aggregation, cross-chain bridge, cross-chain sports betting, treasury, lending, DEX, yield calculator, lottery, NFTs and governance on multi-chain: Binance Smart Chain blockchain (BSC), Ethereum blockchain and Polygon.

PolyDEX and bEarn Fi will work together in cross-chain projects to create stronger synergy and bring more value to both communities. And this great partnership will kick off with an IDO of DUELVERSE — a NFT P2E GAME that combines the love of gaming, crypto, profits and fun all together into one.

DuelVerse IDO will be held on 8th Sep 2021. Investors will have a fair & equal chance to participate in the IDO through PolyDex.fi/IDO (Polygon) and bLaunch (bDEX) (BSC).

IDO Allocation:

The IDO is allocated 10% of the maximum token supply.
Allocation on PolyDEX: 5,000,000 $DUEL
The funds raised in the IDO will be used to provide liquidity locked for 6 months (50%), while the rest (50%) will be used to fund Marketing and Operation.
For IDO participants, 25% of tokens will be distributed immediately and the remaining 75% will be distributed through linear vesting over 6 months (15% each month).

Farming:

33% of the max supply is allocated for farming over 36 months.

Foundation:

25% of the max supply allocated for game development.
This allocation will be released after the IDO (to provide LP, audit, Exchanges listing and fund other activities to jumpstart DuelVerse)

Venture Capital & Partners:

Strategic partners and venture capital investors are allocated 10% of the max supply

Marketing:

7% of the max supply to be vested linearly over 36 months.

Development Fund:

7% of the max supply to be vested linearly over 36 months.

Insurance Fund:

5% of the max supply

Airdrop & Lottery:

3% of the max supply

Time: 13:00 UTC, 8th September for bPower members, and the public round will be opening after 30 minutes at 13:30 UTC
